Ethio-sisters group is a monthly support group for women of East African origin (Ethiopian heritage). The group program aims to build the capacity of women to promote mental, physical, social, and emotional health. Takes place every last Saturday of the month from 6:00pm – 8:00pm via Zoom. Labour of Love

Labour of Love is a Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP).7 This program offers expertise in nutrition, pre- and post-natal care and breastfeeding. The program is facilitated by a Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse and Community Parent (family resource support person), and features other guest speakers for example social workers, midwives, and community organizations.
