Support Independent Living (SIL) Program

Our Goal The goal of SIL program is to empower and support adults with developmental disabilities to live independently, safely and securely in the community.  Our SIL workers also work with clients to enhance their independence in the community. WestReach offers mental health and substance use counselling as well as chronic disease monitoring, weight management and nutrition education to residents of the Rockcliffe-Smythe and Mount Dennis neighborhoods.
