This April, Unison Health and Community Services invites community members to take time for their mental well-being through a variety of supportive programs and workshops.
Our April lineup offers opportunities to connect, learn practical coping strategies, and build resilience in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Programs include mental wellness workshops, peer support groups, and guided sessions focused on stress management, mindfulness, and physical and emotional well-being.
Breathwork (Virtual)
Breathwork refers to breathing exercises or techniques to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Practice in breathwork can boost immunity; reduce stress and anxiety; improve sleep quality; increase lunch capacity; process emotions; heal emotional pain and trauma.
