Understanding Nutrition Labelling to Make Informed Food Choices

Join Unison Health & Community Services for a free education session designed to help you better understand food labels and make healthier choices when planning meals.

This session is open to adults with Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes who want practical guidance on reading nutrition labels, understanding key nutrients, and making informed decisions at the grocery store.

The session will be led by a Registered Nurse as part of Unison’s Diabetes Education Program.
