Diabetes Education Program
Managing blood pressure is an important part of living well with diabetes. Unison Health & Community Services is offering a free education session designed for adults with Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes who want to learn more about the connection between blood pressure and diabetes management.
This group session will be led by a Registered Nurse and will provide practical information to help participants better understand and manage their health.

This session is for adults who:
- Have Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes
- Want to learn why blood pressure management matters when living with diabetes
- Are looking for reliable, health-focused education in a supportive group setting
