A big thank you to the many Unison staff and members of the board who worked intensively over several years to assess ourselves against the Qmentum standards, identify areas for improvement and implement activities to actually improve. Thanks to the representatives of community partner organizations who took time to participate in a focus group and give feedback about working with Unison. Thanks also to community members and clients in the Client Engagement Task Force and the Qmentum Primary Care and Community Health Services Group, who shared their ideas with us, and contributed to this success.
