Quality Improvement Plans

A Quality Improvement Plan is a public commitment to meet quality improvement goals. By developing the plan, the organization outlines how they will address improving the quality of care it provides to its patients, residents or clients (source: Health Quality Ontario).

Although Unison prepared a Quality Improvement Plan for 2020-21, we were unable to carry out our work plan because our resources were focused on pandemic response. From 2021-23 we were still focused on pandemic response and did not develop a formal Quality Improvement Plan in these years.
