In this program you will participate in Zumba session led by a fitness instructor and learn from our Registered Dietitian about:
-what high blood pressure is and how it affects your body,
-healthy blood pressure goals,
-how to manage high blood pressure,
-the “DASH diet” and food tips for managing high blood pressure.
