Visiting Unison
Please be advised that you will be screened using the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 Patient Screening Guidance Document by staff for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure while scheduling an appointment and when you are on-site.
Unison requires all staff, clients, and visitors to wear a surgical mask when on-site. You will be provided with a surgical mask upon entry. We continue to monitor evolving COVID-19 situation and thank you for your support and cooperation.
Infection Prevention Practices
To ensure the safety of our clients and employees, Unison enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices.
- In addition to the mask requirement, we expect staff and visitors to practice social distancing (keep 2 metres or 6 feet between yourself and others) when possible.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water or sanitize them using alcohol-based hand sanitizers. There are many hand-touchless hand sanitizers in common areas.
- Sneeze and cough into your sleeves and replace your mask if it is soiled after coughing/sneezing
