Mind, Body and Yoga (SUMMER)

Mind Body Yoga (MBY) is returning back to the Jane Street Hub until the end of the summer! MBY is a therapeutic group that combines psychoeducation, mindfulness, and yoga to help individuals  improve their mental health and wellness!

MBY is opened to community members 18 and over of all genders and adaptations will be provided for all bodies and ability-levels. Community members are asked to register before attending the first session.
