Mind, Body and Yoga

Mind, Body and Yoga (MBY) is a therapeutic group that combines psychoeducation, mindfulness, and yoga to help those struggling with their mental health and wellness!

MBY is open to community members 18 and over of all genders and adaptations will be provided for all bodies and ability-levels.

Please register before attending the first session.
