Free Virtual Fitness Classes for people living with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes

Unison’s Diabetes Education Program is now offering Free Virtual Fitness Classes for people living with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes.

Regular physical exercise helps to prevent type 2 diabetes and manage blood sugar levels. Participants will learn different types of light exercises.
Independent use of ZOOM is required

You will learn about:

  • Hypertension
  • Fats, Cholesterol, and your Diet
  • Glycemic Index
  • Eating Healthy on a Budget
  • Stress Management
  • Healthy Snacking

Date: Wednesdays (November 17 – December 22)

Time: 9:30 am to 11:30 am
