Unison’s Diabetes Education Program is now offering Free Virtual Fitness Classes for people living with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes.
Regular physical exercise helps to prevent type 2 diabetes and manage blood sugar levels. Participants will learn different types of light exercises.
Independent use of ZOOM is required
You will learn about:
- Fats, Cholesterol, and your Diet
- Glycemic Index
- Eating Healthy on a Budget
- Stress Management
- Healthy Snacking
