Unison’s Case Coordinators provide intake information, orientation, assessment and guidance on how to access all of Unison’s services and other external services that clients may need.  They also provide advocacy on how to navigate social services such as housing, immigration, employment, income security and short term crisis counselling and family support. Services include:
