This program is for parents or caregivers and their child from birth to age one year. Each session starts with singing with baby and its followed by a discussion on a topic such as infant health, development and nutrition or issues faced by new parents. Having a Baby Drop-In for Pregnant Women (Virtual)
Date & Time: Wednesday 1:30–2:30pm via Zoom
Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) is offered at several weekly drop-in locations within our catchment area. The program offers expertise in nutrition, and prenatal and postnatal care. CPNP program includes: opportunities to meet other women, learning about pregnancy, baby care and healthy eating, one-on-one appointments with a Public Health Nurse and Dietician, breastfeeding support, enjoying a snack and tasting new food. Labour of Love

Date & Time: Tuesdays, 1:30pm-3pm
Labour of Love is a Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP).7 This program offers expertise in nutrition, pre- and post-natal care and breastfeeding. The program is facilitated by a Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse and Community Parent (family resource support person), and features other guest speakers for example social workers, midwives, and community organizations.
