At Unison Health and Community Services we provide support and information for people with diabetes and those at risk of developing diabetes. Our Diabetes Education Centre and Live Free...Prevent Diabetes programs offer a number of services, including diabetes screening, individual counselling, group education classes and healthy lifestyle workshops.
