The Diabetes Education Program provides free individual counselling and group education classes for people with diabetes and pre-diabetes. Caregivers and family members are encouraged to come along. A registered nurse and registered dietitian facilitate the classes and provide individual counselling.

Managing diabetes is different for everyone. We will work with you to manage your diabetes in ways that fit into your life.
