Our Community Breastfeeding Centre makes a real difference in the lives of nursing moms. This partnership with Toronto Public Health provides a weekly drop-in offering one-to-one support with a lactation consultant and public health nurse. The Centre also offers a drop-in for informal discussion and emergency help as well as information about community resources. The program is designed to meet the needs of newcomers, vulnerable women and teen moms by removing barriers to services.
