To prepare for Unison’s strategic planning process, Unison conducted an environmental scan of our service area and an assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the organization. HSCVision was engaged in early 2022 to implement this.
The scan/assessment included:
1. A review of latest health equity data for Unison clients aged 13 and over with a health record;
2. Meetings with stakeholder groups including Unison board, staff, clients and partner organizations;
3. An analysis of program and services needs in the geographic area that Unison serves.
The slide deck provided prior to the strategic planning meetings summarizes the findings and reflections that went into developing Unison’s new strategic plan, 2023-2026 (in development).
