At Unison, we welcome input and feedback from clients about our programs and services – both on what we do well and what we need to improve. We are looking at some new and creative ways for you – our clients, our clients’ families and community members – to share your ideas and feedback to help us plan and improve.
As a client, some of the ways you can give us your feedback include:
- Completing our annual Client Experience Survey conducted each fall.
- Sending us a suggestion or complaint.
- Completing an evaluation form when you attend a group program at Unison. We evaluate most of our group programs at least once a year.
- Leaving a message on the white board at the Jane Street Hub site.
More opportunities for clients and community members to give us input on other topics will be posted on this site in the coming months.
